Return, Refund, Delivery & Payment Policies:

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Sale or clearance items
Personalized/custom items
Beauty, hygiene, or intimate products
Items damaged through misuse
Items returned without prior approval
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging, showing the item, defect or damage. 
We will review the issue and offer:
A replacement
A partial refund
Or a full refund when appropriate


Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item arrived damaged
The wrong item was received
The item is defective
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-demand periods.
Estimated Shipping Time
Since some products are fulfilled through international suppliers and shipping companies, estimated delivery times are depending on Shipping Method.

In the event of customs clearance delays, inspections, strikes, as well as other governmental acts, the latest estimated delivery date and the committed refund date will be adjusted accordingly. The extension period will depend on the actual circumstances of the disruptions for the relevant order.
